1. Punctuality: Respect the customer’s time. Arrive on time, every time. Notify the project manager ahead of time if there's any delay.
2. Customer Care: Respect customer home and belongings. Always greet the customer respectfully and maintain a professional attitude.
3. Cleanliness: Respect and keep the workspace clean at all times. Use drop cloths, plastic sheeting to minimize extra work and extra dust, clean up debris, sweep and vacuum at the end of each day. Ensure the workspace is clean for the next trade.
4. Communication: Respect each other. Primary communication will flow through the project manager. Trades should have minimal interaction with customers. Avoid discussing pricing, rescheduling, additional services, or major problems.
5. Integrity: Respect Trade. Work with honesty and transparency. Use quality materials that will last their intended life and follow proper installation procedures according to manufacturer recommendations and SPS Guidelines. Honor SPS 1 Year Warranty Agreement.
